What you're buying

Permly is made by Lavai Labs LLC; the charge appears on your card statement as LAVAI* PERMLY.CO. An editable code pack is a one‑time purchase of a fixed number of redirect codes. Each code redirects to a destination you set and can change. There is no subscription, renewal or recurring charge of any kind.

The promise

Paid codes keep forwarding for as long as Permly operates. If Permly ceases operation, we will: keep them forwarding for at least 12 months after announcing it; email every customer a full export of their codes, where they point, and a plain (non-editable) copy of each; and give any customer, on request, a plain file of their codes and where they point at any time.

Acceptable use

Codes may not point to phishing, malware, deceptive content, adult content aimed at minors, or anything illegal where you or the people scanning are. You are responsible for where your codes point and agree to cover us for claims that arise from it. We may check destinations against safety lists and may pause or revoke any code that breaks these rules, with notice to you where we can. Anyone can report a code at permly.co/report.

Refunds

Ask within 30 days and you'll get one, no questions. Email hello@permly.co. Refunded or disputed codes stop forwarding.

Liability

The service is provided as‑is. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost business, reprinting costs or missed events. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do.
